Registration For Honors Courses
The Spring semester is quickly approaching, and course registration is right around the corner! Registration for honors classes will be open next Thursday, October 31st. Before then, we encourage you to look over the Honors Courses Catalog for Spring 2025, and have an idea of which classes you want to take. Since Honors courses tend to fill up fast, you’ll want to submit your registration request sooner rather than later. Additionally, be sure to log into your eSantaFe accounts and ensure that you do not have any holds that will prevent you from being able to register. Completing these suggestions will help you have a smooth and successful registration!
Please remember that honors students are required to earn a minimum of 30 honors points each semester. While there are various ways of earning points, enrollment in honors courses is the most straightforward and easiest method of meeting this requirement. 10 honors points are awarded per credit hour for completion of honors courses.
General Course Registration
In addition to selecting your spring honors courses, general registration for next semester will be surfacing in the near future. While enrollment will open for everyone on November 8th, honors students are awarded the privilege of advanced registration and can begin selecting courses as early as October 31st. This is a great opportunity to take advantage of as it will significantly increase your chances of obtaining your first choice classes! If you’re unsure of what classes to enroll for, we suggest scheduling a meeting with your academic advisor. Your advisor will help you develop a solid academic plan to ensure that you fulfill your degree and transfer requirements!
