Starting today, Thursday, October 29, with spring advance registration, you no longer need to submit a registration request or wait for the Honors Office to approve your classes.
What’s new: Add Honors sections yourself in eSantaFe, just like any other class.
Log in to eSantaFe during your registration time and register for your Honors classes directly.
How to find Honors classes
Honors classes aren’t listed in a separate place. You find them by their section number:
0H1
That’s zero–H–one. The first character is the number zero, not the letter O.
Pick your classes. See every spring Honors class, with times, instructors, and reference numbers, at schedule.sfhonors.com.
Search for the course in eSantaFe. Look for the section marked 0H1, or use the reference number.
Register early in your window. Honors sections have about 15 seats and fill quickly.
Before you register
Check your registration date and time, and clear any holds on your account.
Plan your schedule with your academic advisor or an Honors Navigator, and pick a backup section in case your first choice fills.
Each Honors class you complete earns 30 Honors Points.
If something doesn’t work
If you’re blocked from an Honors section or see an error, email honors@sfcollege.edu with the course, section, and the exact error message. A screenshot helps.
